Important: These Terms explain the basic rules for using OccaServe. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of OccaServe, including accounts and platform features. Separate booking agreements, quotations, or terms presented by a caterer may also apply to a particular service.
You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account. Keep your account information accurate and use the platform only as permitted by applicable law.
OccaServe is a technology platform that helps independent catering professionals ("Caterers") showcase their offerings, manage bookings and business operations, and connect with customers. Customers can use the platform to discover caterers, send inquiries, and request services. Caterers—not OccaServe—are responsible for preparing and providing the food and services. OccaServe does not itself provide catering services.
Caterers use OccaServe to offer their own services. They are responsible for their offerings and for fulfilling the arrangements they make with customers. Listing a caterer on OccaServe is not a guarantee or endorsement of a particular service or outcome.
Provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Do not impersonate another person, use another person's account without permission, or provide information or documents that you know to be false or misleading.
OccaServe may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, protect users or the platform, review account or caterer verification, or respond to a violation of these Terms or applicable law.
A request submitted through OccaServe is not, by itself, a guarantee that a caterer has accepted the booking. Review the booking status, quotation, agreement, payment terms, and other details shown for your booking, and communicate with the other party through the available platform features.
Customers and caterers are responsible for reviewing and agreeing on the service details, price, schedule, payment method, cancellation arrangements, and any other terms for a booking. OccaServe may provide tools to record booking details, quotations, signatures, or updates; the parties' actual arrangement is based on what they agree to for that booking.
Available payment methods and payment schedules can vary by booking and caterer. The platform supports payment proof submission. Follow the payment instructions shown for your booking.
Cancellation options depend on the booking status and payment state. Review the booking-specific terms and contact the other party about changes or cancellation. A payment or refund may also depend on the payment method and the parties' arrangement; submitting a cancellation request does not itself guarantee a refund.
OccaServe may charge caterers a platform commission or other fees under the fee information provided to them in the platform. Applicable charges may depend on the booking and current platform settings. Customers should review the total and payment details presented for their booking before proceeding.
Caterers are responsible for keeping their business profile, menus, services, pricing, availability, service areas, and submitted verification information accurate and current.
Caterers are responsible for communicating with customers and providing the services they agree to deliver, consistent with the booking details and any applicable booking agreement.
Caterers are responsible for determining and meeting the legal and regulatory requirements that apply to their business and services.
Do not use OccaServe to post knowingly false or misleading content, submit fraudulent information or payment proof, manipulate reviews, threaten or harass others, interfere with the platform's operation or security, or violate applicable law.
Caterers are responsible for the catering services they offer and provide. OccaServe provides platform features to help users find caterers and manage booking-related interactions; it does not control a caterer's preparation or delivery of services.
OccaServe may update, change, suspend, or discontinue platform features. Access may occasionally be interrupted, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or responsibility that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, subject to applicable law.
