Click 'View Profile' on any caterer card to see their full profile, packages, and menu options. Select a package and follow the booking steps. You'll receive a confirmation email once the caterer accepts.
Yes! After viewing a caterer's profile, you can message them directly to discuss custom menu options or special dietary requirements before booking.
You'll receive an email confirmation with booking details. Your caterer will reach out to finalize logistics. You can track your booking status in your customer dashboard.
Go to My Dashboard → My Bookings → select your booking → click 'Cancel'. Cancellation terms depend on the caterer's policy listed on their profile.
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), GCash, Maya, and other digital wallets through our secure PayMongo payment gateway.
Yes. All payments are processed through PayMongo, which is PCI-DSS compliant. OccaServe never stores your card details.
Payment is collected upon booking confirmation. Some caterers allow a partial downpayment — this will be clearly indicated during checkout.
Refund eligibility depends on the caterer's cancellation and refund policy. If there's a dispute, contact our support team and we'll help mediate.
Click 'Join as Caterer' in the navigation or footer. Register, complete your caterer profile, submit KYC documents, and await approval from our admin team.
Caterer applications are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your account is approved.
Payments are collected by OccaServe on your behalf and disbursed to your registered bank account after the event is completed, minus a small platform fee.
Yes! Once your account is approved, you can create and manage your own catering packages including pricing, menus, and availability through your Caterer Dashboard.
